LMC has an official occupancy date! On January 15, 2021 our building will be complete, and we will be able to move in to our new homes! We are all very excited to join our new strata.

On April 11, 2017 Little Mountain Cohousing went before the Mayor and City Counselors for our public hearing. After roughly fifteen minutes of discussion, including some very encouraging statements from the Mayor, we passed with unanimous approval.
