The Little Mountain Cohousing project has achieved another important milestone in the rezoning process. On November 09, 2016 the project was brought before the city’s Urban Design Panel and passed with almost unanimous support (one vote dissenting). The next phase will involve taking the written comments of the panel under consideration as the design of the building continues to be developed and revised. A public hearing is anticipated to be scheduled early in 2017.
