Peanut Butter Snack Balls
½ cup peanut butter (easiest if it is slightly soft)
¼ cup honey (I used brown rice syrup and maple syrup and cut it back to about 3 tbsp)
1 c oats (large flake or quick cooking)
Nuts, seeds, dried fruit, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, smarties, etc as desired (I used raisins, walnuts and chocolate chips, and the Kraft Peanut Butter website will have other suggested combinations)
Mix peanut butter and honey/sweetener. Mix all ingredients. Form into balls. Chill. Serve.
