It’s official! On April 15, 2016, Little Mountain Cohousing has secured three city lots in the coveted Little Mountain / Riley Park neighbourhood in the heart of Vancouver. A preliminary letter of inquiry submitted to the city planning office was well received. The group is now in the process of finalizing designs for the rezoning application.
